That’s why we offer our Half Day Service, which will provide you with a non-medical companion for up to 5 hours at a discounted rate. Our companion will share your day with you, whether you need someone to help with errands, to talk to, or just to keep you company. Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment with Xtreme Private Cara, you are accepting the terms and conditions for billing and pricing. These terms and conditions are specifically tailored to meet your individual needs. If you wish to cancel your service, you have the right to do so at any time for any reason. However, please note that you will be responsible for all charges incurred up until the date of termination. To cancel, you must provide written notification. We also reserve the right to cancel this agreement. If we choose to do so, we will make an effort to notify you in advance. Even if the agreement is canceled, you will still be liable for all charges related to your services until the termination date. There may be instances where we modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or terminate your service without notice. This can occur for various reasons, including but not limited to: 1. Violation of this agreement. 2. Suspicion of fraudulent or abusive behavior. 3. Abusive or threatening behavior towards our employees or representatives. 4. Discovery of underage usage. 5. Failure to make required payments. 6. Reasonable belief that our services are being used unlawfully or in a manner that interferes with others' use or infringes intellectual property rights. 7. Publication of threatening, obscene, or offensive material. 8. Generation of spam or other abusive messaging or calling. 9. Harassment or threats towards others or interference with another customer's use of our services. 10. Generation of significant or serious customer complaints or promotion/facilitation of violence, discrimination, or illegal activities. Additionally, if you provided inaccurate credit information or if we believe your credit has deteriorated and you refuse to pay requested advance payments or deposits, we may terminate your service. Please note that this is a serious matter, and any violations of the terms outlined above may result in the cancellation of your service. All services are provided by Xtreme Private Care Plus at a client's residence or choice of business location. Weather and road conditions may impose certain restrictions.
