What Is The Term Of My Service?
Your Agreement begins on the day we start your Service and continues until the day your Service is terminated by either you or us, as outlined in this Agreement. There is no requirement for you to maintain Service for a specific term length. As a new customer, you can take advantage of our 100% risk-free guarantee. This means that if you are not satisfied with our Service, you can cancel it and we will waive any future service fees. However, please note that you will still be responsible for any services already rendered, as well as any charges related to long-distance traveling, cleaning services, add-on services, companion assistance, third-party charges, and applicable taxes. Please be aware that additional charges may apply depending on the chosen language, writing style, tone of voice, and writing goals. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of this Agreement for a comprehensive understanding of your obligations and rights.

Can You Cancel My Service?

You may cancel this Agreement at any time for any reason, but you will be responsible for all charges incurred through the date of termination. If you do cancel, you must notify us in writing. We may also cancel this Agreement. If we do, we will attempt to notify you in advance. Even though the Agreement is canceled, you are liable for all charges to your services through the date of termination.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any Service or terminate your Service entirely at any time without notice for any reason that may include, but is not limited to: • for any conduct that we believe violates this Agreement;
• If we see excessive or unusual patterns that we think may be fraudulent or abusive;
• If you behave in an abusive, derogatory, threatening or similarly unreasonable manner with any of our employees or representatives whether in person, over the phone or in writing;
• If we discover that you are underage;
• If you fail to make all required payments when due;
• If we have reasonable cause to believe that our Services are being used for an unlawful purpose or in a way that:

If we find that working for you interferes with the use or enjoyment of Services received by others or infringes any intellectual property rights;

If your communications results in the publication of threatening, obscene or offensive material such as sexually explicit content or images;

If your communications generates spam or other abusive messaging or calling, a security risk, or a violation of privacy;

If your conduct harasses or threatens another person; or interferes with another customer’s use or enjoyment of Xtreme Private Care Plus Service.

If your conduct generates significant or serious customer complaints or promotes or facilitates violence, discrimination, or illegal activities or violates any law or regulation.

If you provided inaccurate credit information; if we believe your credit has deteriorated and you refuse to pay any requested advance payment or deposit for services
